Terms & Conditions

By purchasing StatueRue Stationery,

you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.



Our designs are thoughtfully created and all elements are intentionally selected to create the best overall design. We recommend carefully reviewing your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving your final approval. Once approved, it is the clients responsibility for any errors in information/spelling/grammar/design.


After receiving feedback on the initial design concept, we'll refine the design with up to 5 rounds of revision to perfect

text, colour, materials, and overall style. If additional revision rounds are required they are charged at $50 per additional

round. Each email will be considered 1 revision request, therefore it is important and highly recommended to amalgamate

notes into one email with one point of contact. Each phase (Save the Dates, Bridal Showers Invitations, Wedding

Invitations, Save the Dates, Thank You Cards etc) are considered separate orders.


Handmade papers are made by hand, there may be size, shape and colour variations from piece to piece. We consider handmade paper imperfections to be a part of the paper's unique charm. We strive to represent the colours shown on our proof as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed colour will look exactly like the screen colour. Pantone Letterpress Printing and Digital Printing will have slight variations due to the nature of ink and method. Each addressed envelope will vary depending on the letters, the length and arrangement of names, street names, city, and province/state lengths.



We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes or embellishments within your order will be available from our suppliers, particularly during peak seasons (January-August). If your selections are unavailable we will notify you and present you with alternative options.



Once your order is placed and your content has been collected, we will follow up with a digital proof of your invitation suite. Once your digital proof has been approved, production begins right away. We will follow up when production is completed and your goods are ready.



Printed stationery timeline varies per order (approximately 2 - 16 weeks for completion once content has been sent from client), dependent on printing method, materials and assembly required (if applicable). StatueRue will strive to work within our scheduled timeline, but it is important for the client to also cooperate in a timely manner. StatueRue will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response.


StatueRue is not liable/responsible for any lost or damaged invitations in the mail. If replacements are required, a fee will

be charged, which may incur additional printing, material, material shipping and assembly costs. We highly recommend

that your order extra invitations to reduce overall costs, if an issue arises.



Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If

there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If

there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.



Are intended to secure your date and therefore are non-refundable.
